Shipping & Returns

UK Deliveries

We offer FREE UK tracked delivery with all UK mainland and Island orders and also include a FREE Royal Mail Tracked returns label.

Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days from the day of despatch. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next working day (Monday - Friday). Please note we do not guarantee delivery times.

We use Royal Mail and DPD Local for our UK deliveries. Both should email you tracking information once your order has shipped and usually offer leave in safe place options.  

 

Guaranteed Next Working Day - Is an additional £12 at checkout. Orders MUST be received before 12pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery. Please note that next day orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship Monday for delivery Tuesday. 

For orders shipped by DPD Local, you will receive a separate email from them with options to leave in a safe place, change delivery days or nominate a collection point.

 

International Deliveries

We offer delivery to selected EU countries - see options in checkout. All EU orders are shipped duties and taxes paid (there should be no other charges applicable). If you country is not in the drop down list we are unfortunately unable to ship to your destination at present.

EU orders are processed manually and can take up to 5 days to ship. Delivery thereafter is up to 25 days.

International Returns

Returns from EU countries are the customers responsibility and we cannot advise on costs in doing so.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30 day returns. UK orders simply package up your hat/s in the same box, fill in the enclosed returns form and affix the label to the box. Take to your local Post Office. They will scan the barcode and give you a proof of posting. Delivery back to us usually takes 2-5 days. Refunds are issued 2-5 days thereafter.

We no longer offer exchanges and ask you to return any unwanted hats for a refund and reorder the item/s you would like in exchange. 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION
All purchases are covered for a period of 12 months for any material defects. This does not cover general wear and tear caused whilst in use. This warranty is provided free of charge with any purchase. You should inspect your order carefully to ensure it is correct and free from defects or damage.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS

Should you find a defect or damage, please follow the instructions in the returns/exchanges form enclosed with your order. Please use the enclosed returns label. We no longer refund postage fees. If you have lost your returns label please email us and we can send you a copy via email. You will be required to print it out.

Upon inspection of damaged or faulty goods we will offer to;

1) replace the goods or
2) refund the price paid, at your option (please specify when returning).

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a no quibble returns policy and have designed this policy to give you complete peace of mind. However, there are certain terms that you should be aware of before sending goods back to us.

All goods that are returned must be in their original state, un-opened and unused, (unless you are returning them due to damage or defect) - This excludes trying the hats on, but please do not remove any labels.

All goods returned to us should be adequately protected, preferably repackaged in the same packaging used for the original delivery, clearly labeled to our returns department with the free returns label securely stuck to the front of the box.

Any returns lost in transit will not be covered without proof of posting (proof of posting is provided once the post office scans your returns label)
All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Refunds for damaged and defective goods returned to us will be made via the same payment method you used at purchase.

We unfortunately, cannot accept returns made after 30 days. Unless you have previously agreed a returns extension (such as if you are away for an extended period). Note: Orders returned after 30 days may be returned to you at cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
